SMS Communications (Property Owners Only)
If you are a property owner, provide your phone number, and consent to SMS contact, we may send you text messages related to your property inquiry. Our SMS messages are sent through Signal House, a registered SMS provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not send text messages or place marketing calls to prospective buyers. Buyer communications are by email only.
Some text replies may be drafted or sent with the help of an AI assistant acting on behalf of Sutherland Holden LLC. You can ask to speak with a person at any time by replying HUMAN or emailing kennedy@sutherlandllc.org.
