Sutherland Holden LLC is a Texas limited liability company that enters into purchase contracts for vacant land and assigns its contract rights to buyers for a fee. We do not hold legal title to the properties we market, and we are not a licensed real estate broker or agent for any party.
Property Owners
By submitting your information or responding to our outreach, you agree to be contacted by Sutherland Holden LLC regarding a potential purchase contract on your property. Buyers
